What makes a great leader? How do you become a better teammate? Diamyn Hall, IMG Academy Leadership Coach, takes us through a leadership session with the IMG Academy baseball program and guides the student-athletes through a workshop that enables them to grow as both people and as players. 

Becoming a better teammate and a great leader ultimately starts from well before these players' cleats hit the mound. Their energy in the dugout and in practice can shift momentum instantly and can be the differentiating factor in holding up the National Championship trophy at the end of the season.
